How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we often have same-day or next-day availability. Use our online booking system to see available time slots in real-time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions (lockbox code, garage code, or key location) and we'll securely lock up when we're done. You can include access notes during the booking process.

How is pricing calculated?

Our pricing is transparent and based on several factors: your home's square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, service type (standard, deep, or move-out), additional spaces, and any add-on services you select. What's included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning includes: dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors), kitchen cleaning (counters, sink, outside of appliances), making beds, and general tidying. Deep cleaning includes everything in standard plus: inside appliances, detailed baseboard cleaning, window sills, and more thorough attention to detail.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please let us know in the booking notes.

Are you insured and bonded?

Absolutely. TopCleanr is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. All our cleaning professionals undergo background checks and are trained to our high standards of service and professionalism.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. For recurring services, you can pause or cancel anytime.

Do you offer discounts for recurring service?

Yes! We offer automatic discounts for recurring services: 15% off for weekly cleaning, 10% off for bi-weekly, and 5% off for monthly service. These discounts are automatically applied when you select your frequency during booking.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional charge. We stand behind our work 100%.

Do you require a deposit?

For first-time customers, we may require a deposit for certain services. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process. The deposit goes toward your total service cost. For recurring customers, payment is typically collected after service.
